Terms of Use

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing any content on babypillars.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

BabyPillars provides an online baby development education platform offering video tutorials, downloadable resources, articles, and a milestone tracker, organized around the Environment Method developed by Anat Furstenberg, a licensed pediatric occupational therapist.

Some content is available free of charge. Premium course content requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access premium content, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately at info@babypillars.com of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not share your account credentials with others. Each subscription is for a single user only. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared across multiple users.

Subscription Plans: BabyPillars offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly plan: Billed monthly, access to core course content (Sections 1–5)
• Annual plan: Billed annually, full access to all content including Sleep Plan and Bonus resources

Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.

Refund Policy: Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase or most recent annual renewal date. Monthly subscriptions are nonrefundable. Refund requests must be submitted through your Account page or by emailing info@babypillars.com.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice by email. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.

All content on babypillars.com, including but not limited to videos, written materials, course content, graphics, logos, trademarks, the Environment Method curriculum, and the BabyPillars name, is the exclusive intellectual property of BabyPillars and Anat Furstenberg, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and view the content for your own private, noncommercial use only. You may not:

• Download, copy, or reproduce content except as expressly permitted
• Share, sell, sublicense, or distribute any content to third parties
• Record, screen capture, or reupload video content to any platform
• Use content for commercial purposes, training, or resale without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of BabyPillars or any third party
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or abusive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content
• Impersonate BabyPillars, Anat Furstenberg, or any other person
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

If you submit comments, questions, or other content through our platform (including contact forms or course interactions), you grant BabyPillars a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.

BabyPillars content is created by a licensed pediatric occupational therapist and is designed to provide general developmental guidance to parents and caregivers. However:

• Not medical advice: Nothing on babypillars.com constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment plan for any specific child or condition.
• Individual variation: Every child develops differently. Content describing typical development ranges is informational only and should not be used to draw conclusions about your child's health.
• Professional consultation required: If you have concerns about your child's development, health, or well being, always consult a qualified pediatrician, occupational therapist, or relevant healthcare professional.
• No therapist patient relationship: Use of our Service does not create a therapist patient, doctor patient, or any professional client relationship between you and Anat Furstenberg or BabyPillars.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content provided through the Service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BABYPILLARS AND ANAT FURSTENBERG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BABYPILLARS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BabyPillars, Anat Furstenberg, and their respective agents and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third party rights.

Our Service may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BabyPillars. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party sites you visit. The inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement of the site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time from your Account page. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, subject to any outstanding subscription period. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Israel, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes will take effect 14 days after notification unless you object before that date.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
